VI.PA. SRL

ipa has been a leading company in the PVC compound sector since 1969, when it was founded by Vincenzo Paolini in Porto d’Ascoli. The following year, the company relocated to its new facility in Ancarano, with a production of approximately 3,000 tonnes per year.

In the early 1980s, VI.PA. heavily invested in a production system based on a fully automated vertical layout. This was later upgraded in the early 1990s, when an advanced and innovative Research & Development laboratory was also established.

In 1995, the quality assurance system was certified according to the ISO 9002 standard, and in 2003, it was updated in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 regulations.

In 2005, all hardware and software systems were completely renewed.

Since 2010, the laboratory has been expanded and its equipment upgraded; most of the extruders, dosing devices, and production machinery have been renewed; the production area and the raw material warehouse (for both liquid and solid ingredients) have been expanded; and the hardware and software systems have been fully updated to achieve an even higher level of quality.

Today, the company boasts a production capacity of over 35,000 tonnes of compounds per year. Thanks to a well-established sales network with staff and agents operating across Europe and worldwide, VI.PA. is now able to meet the most diverse requests for a wide range of applications in PVC and related engineering polymers.
