Position currently open:

We are looking for production operators to strengthen our internal team. The position is offered with a fixed-term contract, with the prospect of a permanent transition.

The successful candidate will be integrated into the production department to operate the production line. Work is organized in 3 shifts (night/afternoon/morning), Monday through Friday, for a total of 40 hours per week, with availability for overtime when required.

Minimum 12-month placement at the entry-level grade (H) under the Rubber and Plastics National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).

A structured training path with a dedicated tutor and growth incentives is provided.

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Italian (C1 level).
  • Previous experience in a production environment is preferred, ideally in companies operating on a three-shift schedule, regardless of the industry.
  • Forklift certification (license) is preferred.
